Reduced Fees
If you cannot afford my fee, please let me know because I do have limited sliding scale options via Open Path or I can connect you with another counselor to serve your needs.
Rates
This will be discussed during the initial appointment. A session is approximately 50 minutes.
Insurance
I do accept some insurances. Check with therapist to see how to get your insurance verified and for information on what copay you may owe. Insurance is accepted through the Headway or Sondermind buttons on the contact page.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the cancellation fee of $90.
Payment
Credit or debit card accepted for payment at the time of service.
Please fill out the intake forms prior to our appointment.
You will be required to fill out intake forms in full prior to your first session. If forms are not filled out they will be completed in the beginning of your session with the therapist. All forms are fillable online and should not have to be printed out to complete.
